This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver orders placed through our online store. By placing an order with Dealz Gate, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Coverage

Dealz Gate currently provides delivery services to customers across all areas within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

We aim to make our products available to customers in all governorates, subject to order confirmation, product availability, courier coverage, and delivery conditions in the customer’s area.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery is available across Jordan for a fixed delivery fee of 3 JOD per order.

The delivery fee may appear during checkout or may be confirmed with the customer before dispatch, depending on the order method and checkout process.

Dealz Gate reserves the right to update delivery fees in the future if needed. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown or communicated before completing the order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is usually between 12 to 24 hours from the time the order is completed and confirmed.

Delivery time may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • The customer’s location and delivery area.
  • Product availability at the time of order confirmation.
  • The time the order is placed.
  • Customer response and availability to receive the order.
  • Courier schedule and delivery route.
  • Weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the expected timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may not be guaranteed in all cases.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team may review and confirm the order details before preparing it for delivery.

Order processing may include:

  • Verifying product availability.
  • Reviewing the customer’s contact and delivery information.
  • Confirming the selected payment method.
  • Preparing and packing the product for delivery.
  • Coordinating with the delivery team or courier partner.

Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable contact information may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the required details.

5. Payment Upon Delivery

Dealz Gate currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery.
  • CliQ payment upon delivery.

The customer must ensure that the payment amount is ready at the time of delivery according to the selected payment method.

For CliQ payment upon delivery, the order may be handed over after payment confirmation, when applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes:

  • Full name.
  • Correct phone number.
  • Complete delivery address.
  • City, area, street name, building number, and any helpful delivery notes.
  • Being available to answer calls or messages from the delivery team.
  • Being available to receive the order during the agreed or expected delivery period.

Dealz Gate is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our team or courier partner may contact the customer before or during delivery to confirm the location and arrange handover.

If the customer cannot be reached, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses to receive the order, the delivery may be postponed or cancelled.

If a second delivery attempt is required due to customer-related reasons, additional arrangements may be needed and may be subject to delivery availability.

8. Inspecting the Order Upon Delivery

Customers are kindly requested to inspect the order upon delivery and before using the product.

Our team will review the case and take the appropriate action according to our Return and Refund Policy and warranty terms.

9. Product Availability and Order Changes

All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after the order is placed due to inventory updates, supplier changes, or system errors.

If this happens, we will try to contact the customer to offer a suitable solution, such as waiting for availability, replacing the product with an alternative, modifying the order, or cancelling the order.

Dealz Gate reserves the right to cancel or modify any order when required due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Delays Outside Our Control

Although we aim to deliver within 12 to 24 hours from order completion, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Traffic or road closures.
  • Public holidays or official closures.
  • High order volume.
  • Courier or logistics delays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Technical issues or force majeure events.

Dealz Gate shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and complete delivery as soon as possible.

11. Delivery Address Changes

Address changes may not always be possible after the order has been dispatched. If the change is possible, delivery time may be affected depending on the new location and courier route.

12. Shipping and Warranty-Related Cases

If a product requires inspection, repair, replacement, or review under manufacturer warranty, our customer service team will explain the available options and the applicable process.

Warranty-related handling may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, authorized service provider, product condition, and the nature of the reported issue.

Customers must contact Dealz Gate before sending or returning any product for inspection. Products sent without prior approval or coordination may not be accepted.
