1. General Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of electronic products, Dealz Gate does not accept returns or exchanges after delivery unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases such as:

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The product was ordered incorrectly or does not meet the customer’s personal preference or need.
  • The product has been opened or used and does not have a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, or improper storage.
  • The product is missing its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, or any included items.

2. Manufacturing Defects

All products sold by Dealz Gate are covered by manufacturer warranty according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or authorized supplier.

To help us review your case properly, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Once the case is reviewed and the defect is confirmed, the issue will be handled according to the nature of the product, the manufacturer warranty, and the supplier’s policy. The solution may include repair, replacement, or another suitable action approved by Dealz Gate or the authorized service provider.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and before using the product.

4. Warranty Limitations

Manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Misuse or improper handling.
  • Breakage, physical damage, scratches, or dents.
  • Exposure to water, moisture, heat, fire, or unsuitable conditions.
  • Electrical damage caused by improper power sources or incompatible chargers.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering with the product.
  • Use of non-original or unsuitable accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed and repair or replacement is not possible, subject to review and approval by Dealz Gate or the relevant authorized party.

If a refund is approved, the customer will be informed of the refund method and expected processing time based on the original payment method and case details.

6. Shipping and Delivery Fees

Delivery is available across Jordan for a fixed fee of 3 JOD to all areas.

If a warranty-related return, inspection, replacement, or repair is approved, the shipping or collection process will be explained to the customer by our customer service team.

  • CliQ payment upon delivery.
